ABOUT OUR VENUE

PLAYERS Entertainment is your one-stop entertainment venue featuring Private Room Hire which can cater for any party size up to 80 guests. The privacy of your own room  that is uniquely designed with luxurious décor and comfort seating coupled with VIP room service will give you an experience that is unparallel to anywhere else.

The extravagant breath-taking interior is overflowing with selfie opportunities in every corner that will give you that perfect Insta shot – just make sure your phone has enough space for them all and watch those likes flood in like never before.

On the First Floor is the PLAYERS Club Lounge that hosts events around the calendar. The Club Lounge is due to open in September 2022 and will have capacity for up to 500 people to enjoy Comedy Nights, Live Bands, Sport Tournaments and more. There are also facilities for Arcade Games, Gaming Consoles, Electronic Beer Pong Table and Dartboards with regular e-gaming competitions in the mix.

So whether you’re planning a Birthday, Graduation, Stag/Hen Do, Retirement Party or Baby Shower, or you simply want to chill-out at an event over a few drinks with some friends, here at PLAYERS, we’ve got you covered!

Due to Licensing Laws, entry into PLAYERS Entertainment requires all guests over the age of 18 to register on their first visit. Please ensure you bring a valid form of ID with you.

SAFETY & SECURITY

At PLAYERS Entertainment, the safety of our guests is paramount. To ensure we provide you with a safe visit, we use an ID and Entry System Scanner provided by SCANNET IDscan, a UK market leader in its field. All guests who visit PLAYERS for the first time will be required to bring with them a valid form of ID and be requested to scan this using the SCANNET IDscan System. The scan should only take approximately 1 second and this will complete your registration process.

Furthermore, all of our key staff are DBS Checked and have attainment in at least Level 2 Safeguarding.

SERVICE

We pride ourselves on our high level of service and ensuring a VIP guest experience within every aspect of your visit. You will find Room and Table Services is offered around our venue to add that 5-star touch.

Our staff will undertake regular training in order to ensure they perform and deliver services to the best standards.

We provide excellent service through commitment and passion as our guests’ experience is our first priority. What is important to our guests is important to us!

SANITISATION & HYGIENE

The well-being of our guests is another priority of ours. We implement the strictest hygiene practices and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our venue.

Communal areas are regularly cleaned throughout the day, and there is access to hand sanitiser and sanitisation units around the venue.

Private rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before, during and after use. Only the best cleaning products and equipments are used.
