CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We offer a time-sensitive refund policy on all bookings made. To cancel, we prefer you to call us by telephone; cancellation requests left on a voicemail, email or messages on social media cannot be guaranteed.

If you wish to cancel your booking, your room hire fee will only be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before your booked session’s start time. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your booked session’s start time, your room hire fee will not be refunded.

Any subsequent payments made towards the booking (such as pre-ordered food and drinks packages) will be refunded in full.
